Jake Marshall

Jake specialises in transactional and advisory matters involving intellectual property and technology. He advises clients across a variety of sectors including life sciences, software/technology, media and entertainment and retail. Jake’s work includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of IP/IT licences and commercial agreements, advising on the IP/IT aspects of transactions and also on matters relating to data protection and e-commerce.

As well as his time in private practice, Jake has worked in-house at companies such as Gilead, GlaxoSmithKline, iris, National Air Traffic Services and John Lewis, giving him a strong understanding of the challenges faced by in house counsel.
