Zsófia Judit Halmágyi

Zsófia is a licensed Trademark and Design Attorney with a practice that covers the entire lifecycle of trademarks and designs - from clearance and prosecution to strategic portfolio management and enforcement.

With over a decade of experience in the IP field, gained at international and local law firms, she assists clients from a wide range of industries in national, international, and EU-level IP matters.

She is a member of the Romanian National Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys and an active participant in the IP Community through her involvement in user associations.
