Sharon, with over 24 years’ professional experience, is a senior intellectual property law practitioner. Sharon was awarded the prestigious Max-Planck Scholarship early in her career and later earned her doctoral degree in intellectual property law from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in Germany.
Sharon has extensive experience in patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition, serving clients across various industries, including technology, electronics, telecommunications, chemistry, daily cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, fashion, and sports. Sharon has represented parties in numerous complex cutting-edge cases, including several recognized annual model cases by the Supreme People's Court.
Sharon has received recommendations from many international legal directories and prominent media, including Managing IP, World Trademark Review, IAM (Intellectual Asset Management), and Who’s Who Legal. She has been listed in "IP House: Top 50 Outstanding IP Lawyers in China" and "IAM Patent Global Leaders." Sharon is also actively involved in researching and reforming China's intellectual property laws and serves as a director of the Intellectual Property Law Association of China Law Society (CLS).
