My practical expertise spans a wide number of areas including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, financial and FinTech, animal/pet nutrition, food & drink and the automotive sector. I work with large and small companies and everyone in between - it is this mixture and working with all sectors which keeps my job interesting!
I have a keen interest in Fashion and Retail branding and set up and contribute to the LinkedIn groups, Fashion+IP and Retail+IP.
I have also had articles published in Trademark World, Marques Magazine, ITMA Review and The Oxford Journal of Intellectual Property.
In July 2025, I was awarded the Higher Courts Litigation Certificate by The Intellectual Property Regulation Board. This was following undertaking and passing the Nottingham Law School Intellectual Property Litigation Certificate.
