Justyna Kaminska

Justyna is a Polish and European Trademark and Design Attorney with 10 years of experience in intellectual property law. She holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from Kozminski University and is the author of publications in professional journals. 

Justyna specializes in trademarks and industrial designs, providing strategic advice on clearance, registration, enforcement, and portfolio management in Poland, before the EUIPO and WIPO, as well as coordinating national filings worldwide. She supports clients in oppositions, disputes, and brand protection strategies across multiple jurisdictions, always aiming to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.

She is a member of ECTA and its AI & Data Committee.
