Jukka Palm

Jukka is a Finnish licensed legal counsel and a European trademark attorney. He holds a PhD in trademark law. Jukka specializes in protecting and prosecuting trademarks and designs, as well as handling contentious matters related to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and designs, unfair competition law (including passing off), and marketing law—particularly in the beverage, food, financial, and technology sectors.
