Gregor Bühler is the Deputy Head of the IP | IT and litigation and arbitration practice of Homburger. He focuses on intellectual property law, information technology, media and unfair competition law. He is experienced in transactional IP work, including technology related agreements and all types of licensing and distribution agreements. Gregor Bühler advises and represents clients in the field of trademark, copyright, unfair competition, advertising, data protection and internet law. Gregor Bühler regularly publishes in these fields of law. He is co-editor of a leading commentary on Swiss trademark law.

Gregor is member of a number of a national and international associations in the areas of IP, IT and dispute resolution. He currently is Co-Chair of the IBA Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee.
