Gloria Lu graduated from National Taiwan University with a double major in Law and Electrical Engineering. She passed the Taiwan bar examination and the judiciary examination, and has been an admitted attorney since 2000.

Specializing in intellectual property law, Gloria is an experienced lawyer with diverse practices, and has worked at Lee and Li for more than 15 years. She is fluent in English and has extensive experience arguing patent cases before the Intellectual Property Court, with particular expertise in litigation, enforcement, licensing, transaction and unfair competition issues. She also handles litigation concerning trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks and has also won numerous IP-related litigations by leading multinational teams. Gloria has helped many clients in reviewing IP-related contracts, such as license agreements, collaborative research agreements, manufacturing agreements, and confidentiality and non-competition agreements. Gloria's scientific background also makes her highly sought by clients managing patent applications in Greater China.

In addition to IP practice, Gloria has handled many cases of data protection, product liability and consumer protection, including counseling clients on management, enforcement, auditing, dispute resolution and tax exemption matters in connection with contracts.

Representing numerous leading high-tech clients in both contentious and non-contentious IP-related matters, Gloria is highly recognized and trusted by clients and other attorneys in the IP field.
