Craig is a solicitor in the Litigation team with a focus on patent litigation, primarily in the life sciences sector. He has experience of litigation in the High Court and the Court of Appeal in the UK and of coordinating parallel litigation across multiple jurisdictions in the context of global pharmaceutical life cycle management projects. Craig’s experience includes advising on disputes concerning formulation, process, second medical use and dosage regimen patents in the fields of small molecule pharmaceuticals, non-biological complex drugs, and therapeutic antibodies. Craig has also advised clients on SPC issues.
Outside of the life sciences sector Craig has worked on telecoms disputes involving SEP litigation and FRAND issues. On the non-contentious side, Craig has previously assisted clients with the IP aspects of M&A transactions and licensing agreements. He also has in-house experience, having spent six months on secondment to the group legal department of an international defence, aerospace and security company where he was involved with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
