  • Example 1 - UPC Revocation Action - Avir advised US-based Fridababy, LLC, a manufacturer of baby products and conception aids, in relation to infringement allegations by a third party based in Europe. These allegations were defended via a complex revocation action brought before the Unified Patent Court in which Cameron IP represented the client.
  • Example 2 - UK Infringement Action - Cameron IP was instructed to represent several companies in defence of a patent infringement action. Avir robustly defended their clients’ position and through carefully prepared submissions, Cameron IP was able to avoid trial and secure settlement. The outcome delivered was a swift and cost-effective resolution, and the client was very pleased with the result.
