Maria Ines Herrera

Maria Ines Herrera is a senior partner of BARLAW - Barrera & Asociados, with more than 20 years of experience, advising global corporations, developing comprehensive strategies for the protection, defense and litigation of trademarks, unfair competition, and copyrights. She is a graduate from the University of Lima (Peru) and Franklin Pierce Law Center LLM (USA). Active member of INTA, AIPPI, APPI, IAPP, IACC, ASIPI and AMCHAM. Recently, she has been appointed as an expert for Peru within UNIFAB ('Union des Fabricants').

She is recognized as an outstanding lawyer by many international magazines and rankings such as Leaders League, Managing IP-IP Stars, WTR 1000, Chambers and Partners, Patent Lawyer, Latin Lawyer, Legal 500, WIPR, among others.
