Lorenzo specializes in intellectual property and antitrust, and joined Trevisan & Cuonzo in January 2013. His main focus is IP litigation concerning patents and unfair competition. During the years, he has advised a number of multinational pharmaceutical companies in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation concerning patent rights over breakthrough medicinal products, and several of the most important consumer electronics companies in standard essential patent (SEP) cases. Lorenzo has represented clients in multiple patent cases in the electronics, mechanical, and chemical sectors, as well as in in product liability cases, and regularly assists businesses in enforcing their IP rights through customs monitoring programs pursuant to EU Regulation 608/2013.
