Linda Granstrand Füle

Linda’s specialization is within the legal, business, and strategic aspects of intellectual property and marketing law, and closely related legal issues. Her practice includes protection, commercialisation, and enforcement of intellectual property rights by trade mark and design filings, prosecution, drafting and negotiating agreements as well as advising on copyright, patents, and know-how. She also represents our clients in opposition proceedings and in litigation matters. Linda has been working with counseling within intellectual property since 2000 at the IP firms Mobach & Partners, Brann, and Zacco.
