Dennis S. Prahl is a Partner of Ladas & Parry in the New York office. Dennis has been consistently recognized as one of the leading trademark practitioners in the world by the World Trademark Review and Euromoney/MIP. Dennis specializes in the areas of international trademark, copyright, domain name, right of publicity and unfair competition law. He has represented and advised a wide range of clients in diverse fields, from multinational corporations to individuals. He has authored and co-authored several publications on the topics of trademark law, unfair competition, merchandising, and domain names and has been a guest lecturer on the topics of international trademark law and intellectual property at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, the Fordham University School of Business and Fordham Law School. He is a frequent speaker at numerous intellectual property conferences throughout the United States, Canada, and China. He has also been frequently quoted in the media on intellectual property matters.
