AMS attorneys have worked as ITC Commissioners, legal counsel or advisors to one or more of these government agencies, and our attorneys have helped revise ITC statutes, rules and procedures allowing them to not only keep abreast of procedures but also facilitating the maintenance of good working relations with these offices.
