Established in 1991, Pham & Associates is the oldest intellectual property law firm in Vietnam. Over the years, the firm has developed into one of the leading IP law firms in the country, with strong practice groups in both the prosecution and contentious matters. The firm is the most prolific filer of patent, trademark, industrial design applications in Vietnam and overseas each year. It is also renowed for acting on appeals and oppositions before the National Office of Intellectual Property and on infringement court actions, providing expert opinions and advising on unfair competition. In addition to its core services of IP, since 2001 the firm has also advised clients on Vietnam business law.
The firm employs about 120 people, including 62 qualified attorneys at law and IP attorneys, 28 engineers, consultants and over 30 support staff. All the firm’s attorneys have graduated from prestigious Vietnamese and foreign universities and almost all of them are fluent in English.
