The Judicial Appointments Commission is looking to recruit four Appointed Persons for the trade mark tribunal and one Appointed Person for the designs tribunal. The salary is £600 per day and hearings usually take place in London but the Appointed Persons can be asked to sit elsewhere in the UK.
