DLA Piper hired Larissa Park as partner in its IP and Technology practice. Park deals with patent prosecution as well as contentious matters and joins from WilmerHale where she was counsel. She will be based in DLA Piper’s Boston office.
Fish & Richardson
Former Head of IP at Uber Technologies Eric Schulman has joined Fish & Richardson’s Silicon Valley office as principal in its patent department. Prior to Uber, Schulman served as patent counsel at Google where he led the licensing team.
K&L Gates added Pam Kohli Jacobson, Mary Atkinson and Ryan Edmondson to its IP litigation team in Seattle. Jacobson and Atkinson handle contentious and non-contentious IP work and join as partners, whereas associate Ryan Edmondson focuses on contentious work. All were formerly with Betts, Patterson & Mines.
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton
Allisen Pawlenty-Altman has rejoined Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton as partner in its trade mark and copyright department. Pawlenty-Altman worked at the firm before moving in-house as corporate counsel at Amazon. She is based in the firm’s Washington DC office.

Merchant & Gould opened an office in Silicon Valley, California, with the two new partners David Bohrer and Mansi Shah. Both are experienced IP litigators formerly with Valorem Law Group.
