Cleveland Patent Star Adrian Bradley has been appointed to the Business Advisory Board of the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry (IOCB), a public research institute based in Prague, Czech Republic. Bradley will advise the IOCB on protection and commercialisation of inventions arising from its research activity.

Katten Muchin Rosenman IP trial attorney Terence Ross has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as partner in its IP practice. He was formerly at Crowell & Moring where he was co-Chair of the Trade mark and Brand Protection group. Ross is renowned for representing clients in a range of IP and related disputes. He is based in the firm’s Washington DC office. Marks & Clerk Marks & Clerk has announced the promotion of five associates to partner in its offices in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. In the UK they are European patent attorneys Graham McGlashan and Mike Williams and solicitor Dafydd Bevan, and trade mark attorney Cynthia Houng in Hong Kong and patent attorney Upasana Patel in Singapore. The firm also promoted several patent attorneys and solicitors to senior and managing associates in the UK.
