Venable hired Robert M. Isackson as partner from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Isackson is best known for handling patent and trade secret disputes in a number of technology sectors. He was recognised in the US edition of Managing Intellectual Property IP Stars 2016. He will be based in Venable’s New York office.
Rebecca Goldman Rudich has joined IP boutique Meunier Carlin & Curfman as principal. Rudich is a patent attorney with a focus on electrical and mechanical technologies. She also has experience in trade marks and contentious proceedings at the USPTO. Rudich was formerly a shareholder at law firm Vedder Price.

IP Star Dorota Rzazewska has joined MFSD, an ICANN approved domain name dispute resolution provider, as an examiner. She is qualified as a European trade mark and patent attorney and the managing partner at JWP Patent and Trademark Attorneys.
