Wen-Ching (Fanny) has devoted herself into IP industry for more than 25 years with the admission as Taiwan Trademark Attorney. From prosecution to litigation, Wen-Ching (Fanny) assists domestic and international applicants and IP right owners to obtain, maintain, as well as to enforce and defense for their right. With the enthusiasm for IP, Wen-Ching (Fanny) co-founded ALIPO in 1999, and in 2012, in order to provide consistent administrative services to the clients, Wen-Ching (Fanny) implemented ISO9001 into the firm. Since then, ALIPO has applied ISO9001 system and provided reliable service to the client.
Wen-Ching (Fanny) has good capability in leadership. She is attentive, insightful, humorous and supportive for domestic clients in Taiwan and global clients to protect their IP rights including complex disputed IP cases.
In addition to attorney position, Wen-Ching (Fanny) has been involving in other areas for IP tasks, including acting as Director of Alumni Association, National Chung Hsing University Department of Law, Board member of National Chung Hsing University Alumni Association, Advisor to the Startup Team Incubation Center at National Chung Hsing University, as well as a frequent speaker for IP seminars.
