Vincent Van Der Mark

With a background in academic research and university technology transfer, I am well acquainted with the challenges of valorisation of university research. In my current position I continue to be closely involved with university tech transfer and spinoff companies.

I have ample experience in patent prosecution and drafting, freedom to operate analysis, and strategic IP advice, not only with universities and spinoffs, but with larger companies as well. 

I am registered as a Dutch and European patent attorney
