Tian-ying Zhao

Ms. Tian-ying Zhao is a partner at IntellecPro. She has been practicing intellectual property law since 2006, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. • Represented an Australian winery in a trademark dispute with a Chinese competitor, defending the winery's rights over its house mark in trademark invalidation, trademark cancellation and civil litigation.
• Represented a Chinese IT company to settle with a Spanish corporation over a worldwide trademark dispute that involved 75 oppositions in 10 jurisdictions.
• Represented a prominent Mandarin singer in a CNIPA trademark opposition. Defeated a bad-faith filing that was filed just 10 days after the concert title's release.
