High Court litigator, joined the firm with 10 years’ IP experience in 2025.

As soon as 2020, and while still completing his training to obtain his Danish Attorney’s license, he successfully argued a novel trade mark injunction claim at the High Court (BS-51441/2018), and following just his second court appearance – again at the High Court, later that same year of 2020 - he became the youngest Attorney in Denmark at the time to qualify for his Right of Audience before the High Courts of Denmark.

Thomas has since gained extensive experience with large and international portfolio management, global trade mark and design prosecution strategies, has attended oral hearings in front of the General Court, managed cross country international disputes and foreign litigation, and has personally conducted patent, design, copyright and market law-litigation before the various courts of Denmark.

Thomas also teaches European Intellectual Property Law at Aalborg University, and is known for his extensive knowledge of and curiosity about novel European case law, predominantly in the field of trade marks, which is deployed and passed along to the benefit of his colleagues and clients.

On a personal level, Thomas is known as a team-player and for his loyalty and unwavering dedication towards his clients and colleagues and his eagerness to help those around him, reconciling and mitigating disputes through a holistic and creative commercial approach, as opposed to the stricter confines of the law.
