Tanisha is an associate with over five years of experience advising on intellectual property, brand protection, technology, media, regulatory, and commercial matters across the MENA region and Southeast Asia.
Tanisha focuses on various aspects of intellectual property, including brand protection, IP enforcement, trademark prosecution, domain name disputes, IP portfolio management, agreements, IP due diligence, copyrights, and IP licensing and assignment. She handles end‑to‑end IP prosecution—from brand clearance and strategy through to successful registration—and manages sizable IP portfolios. In addition, she advises on complex legal and contentious issues related to trademarks, copyright, media, regulatory matters, anti‑counterfeiting, technology, AI, transactions, contracts, and brand enforcement.
Tanisha has advised a wide range of clients, including multinational retail companies, media and entertainment groups, e‑commerce companies, aviation companies, FMCG companies, technology companies, beauty brands, social media platforms, luxury fashion and automotive brands, and F&B operators. She has supported these clients with brand clearance, IP enforcement, domain name disputes, IP due diligence, regulatory and compliance advisory work, and the drafting and review of a broad range of agreements, including IP, software development, commercial, licensing, franchising, and confidentiality agreements, among others.
