Nele D’Halleweyn is a European attorney and partner at Arnold & Siedsma. Nele studied electrical engineering at Leuven University, specialising in telecommunications and micro-electronics, and obtained a PhD degree at the University of Southampton (UK).
At Arnold & Siedsma, Nele specialises in European patent work including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office and advising in patent litigation in various European countries. The main technology areas which drive her practice are electronics, telecommunications, information computer technology, printing technology, semiconductors, material science, medical technology and mechanics.
