Nadeen Helou

Nadeen joined Rouse in Dubai in 2007 and was working until 2013 on a wide range of IP rights enforcement across the Middle East and North Africa for major multinational clients.

Nadeen rejoined Rouse in February 2017 and is managing enforcement of IP rights and designing anti-counterfeiting strategy and campaign of one of Rouse 's biggest sportswear, fashion and accessories client across the Middle East and North Africa.

Nadeen has gained valuable experience in commercial, media, marketing, advertising and digital law and works with the Head of Global Media, Advertising and Digital practice on matters related to regulatory compliance, promotion registration, terms and conditions, and contest mechanic development. Nadeen also advises on potential legal and cultural risks associated with advertising and marketing across the Middle East and North Africa.
