Marie has extensive experience drafting intellectual property rights transfer, licensing, and coexistence agreements. She also has experience in M&A deals, both during the due diligence stage and drafting agreements and negotiating representations and warranties. Marie's practice also focuses on personal data protection issues.
Marie often acts for well-known French and foreign companies active in the cosmetics, clothing, watch, agro-food, digital security, and video games sectors, as well as investment funds.
