I am an intellectual property attorney with specific focus on trademark, patents, technology and regulatory affairs. Over the past 20 years as a lawyer, I have helped companies and multinational corporations to protect and defend their trademarks, patents and other IP assets in Venezuela and abroad. I also have negotiated and drafted all types of licenses, sponsorships and many other agreements that involved IP assets.In addition to my professional career, I have been part of the Board of Directors for Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) since 2012. As a key member of ASIPI I have developed close relationships with other international associations like ECTA (European Community Trademark Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), and WIPO (Word Intellectual Property Organization), among others. I also have excellent relations with many Law Firms and companies around the world.
