A graduate of Stanford University, Kapil has represented a diverse range of domestic and international clients in complex and high-stakes intellectual property disputes before courts, tribunals, and intellectual property offices across India. He has been involved in several landmark matters that have contributed to the development of Indian intellectual property jurisprudence, including cases concerning trademark protection, design rights, online enforcement, domain name disputes, and anti-counterfeiting strategies.
