Hampus is an experienced lawyer specialized in legal, strategic and business aspects of intellectual property and marketing. He counsels and assists our clients in their innovation and product/brand development processes with the identification and clearance of key intellectual property and on how to protect such intellectual property in contracts with employees, consultants, partners and customers, or by registration. His work includes drafting and negotiating various copyright, technology and software agreements necessary for the protection and commercialization of intellectual property. He also represents our clients in litigation matters.
Hampus has a law degree from Lund University (LL. M.1997). He specialized in intellectual property law, competition law and marketing law.
Hampus joined Zacco in July 2008. Before joining Zacco he was a lawyer at the corporate law firm
Advokatfirman Lindahl KB (2006-2008) and the IP specialist law firm Nihlmark Zacharoff Advokatbyr AB in Stockholm (1999-2006). He has also worked as a legal officer at the Swedish Patent Office (1997-1999). He is a professional representative before The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, Trade Marks and Designs (OHIM) and a member of various national and international associations active within the field of intellectual property.
Alongside his status as an IP Star, Hampus has repeatedly been recommended individually in the Legal 500 EMEA ranking and the WTR 1000.
