His practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting applications relating to computer software and application development, automotive equipment and control, hardware/software requirements of mobile computer products, including antennas, enterprise solutions including electronic check (Check 21) and insurance claim processing, business methods, including social media networks, presentation/operational aspects of graphical user interfaces (GUI), and clean technology, including lighting controllers and silicon device manufacturing.

In addition to international procurement, Grant's services are in-demand by business owners seeking strategic advice and opinions on patentability aspects of their technology, freedom-to-operate considerations for their technology, litigation support concerning patent infringement and validity issues, and intellectual property-related due diligence for commercial transactions.
