Eric Le Bihan is a French and European Trademark and Industrial Design Attorney, with a master’s degree in Law, and a DESS in Intellectual Property Law from Paris II Panthéon – Assas.
Drawing on a strong intellectual property experience acquired since 1996 with clients including multinational corporations and SMEs, he handles the full range of intellectual property issues, such as audits and assisting in the negotiation of major international contracts, in particular in the luxury goods, hotel and information technology sectors. He became a partner in 2009.
Eric is also regularly in charge of trademark infringement litigation, particularly in the Middle East and in Asia. He also handles the acquisition and defense of domain names, the drafting of contracts and the reporting of due diligence in IP matters.
He is a author and co-author of various articles on trademark law in the journal “Propriétés Intellectuelles” and in the “Jurisclasseur”.
