Antonio Castán

Antonio has been litigating trademark, patent and copyright matters for more than 30 years, teaches procedural law at the university, gives regular lectures on IP issues, and has written extensively on the subject. He has been involved in a number of litigation matters with international repercussions and has obtained many landmark decisions.
