Allistair is one of the lead partners in our Tier 1 ranked Life Sciences transactional team. He has been working exclusively in the Life Sciences sector since 1997 and has a wealth of experience. Allistair specialises in asset based life sciences transactions including complex and often pivotal licensing, collaboration and partnering transactions, M&A transactions, joint ventures, product acquisitions and disposals, IPOs and high value manufacturing and outsourcing arrangements. His expertise in Life Sciences transactional work is recognised in Chambers, Legal 500, Who's Who International, Best Lawyers, LMG and IAMS. Pinsent Masons’ Life Sciences transactional team has held a Tier 1 ranking in Chambers for the past three years.
