Ms. Yazhuo Qian obtained her master degree in Thermal Engineering Department of Tsinghua University, her master degree in Architectural Engineering Department of Penn State University, USA, and her master degree in IP Law in Franklin Pierce Law Center. Ms. Qian is qualified as Chinese Patent Attorney and US Patent Agent.

Ms. Qian jointed CCPIT since 2004 and has been involve in patent business. She has been successfully represented some major corporations in various legal services, including drafting, responding to Office Actions, prior art search, Freedom to Operation search and analysis, and consulting.

Mr. Qian also represented many clients before Patent Reexamination Board and the courts in various patent invalidation, administrative litigation, and patent infringement litigation cases. Mr. Qian has been leading attorney or organizer in many complex cases and obtained favorable results for the clients.
The invalidation and litigation cases handled by Ms. Qian include:

(1)An infringement cases, representing a Japanese company against a Shanghai company to win the first trial of infringement case. The case was released by the Supreme People’s Court as the typical case in 2018.

(2)A plurality of patentability analysis and infringement analysis cases from 2013 to 2018, represent a Japanese company to provide high quality legal service.

(3)An administrative retrial case in 2014~2015, representing a US company to protect the client′s patent rights.

(4)Beijing Overseas FTO projects in 2013, 2015 and 2017 supported by Beijing IP Bureau.

(5)Several invention invalidation cases in 2011~2013, representing a Denmark company to maintain their patents against a German company.

(6)Several invention invalidation cases in 2011, representing a Finland company, to successfully invalidate some patents of its competent.
