Dr. Weining Yue has been practicing the patent laws since 2007.
Dr. Yue specializes in the electrical and electronic engineering aspect of patent protection, especially patent prosecution, analysis, contentious and enforcement related to computer science and technology, network, telecommunication and EE. He has extensive experience in the areas of software and SaaS, storage and memory, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data/signal processing, multimedia processing, user interface and interaction, operating system, computer architecture, 5G/6G communication, network and cloud computing, circuitry and chips, semiconductor, power and energy, robotics, etc.
Dr. Yue leads his team to provide service to many industry leaders, both multinational and domestic . His team is considred by many clients as one of the best in China.
