Sebastian Heim

Dr Sebastian Heim ist head of the firm's IP, IT and media practice group. He advises his national and international clients in particular on patent, design and competition law as well as know-how protection. Dr Heim focuses on litigation, strategic IP advice, employee invention law and technology transfer (R&D cooperations, licensing agreements, transactions).
