Rafael Freire

He began his professional career at ClarkeModet in 2001, carrying out technical
activities related to patents, utility models and industrial designs. He has large experience in
conducting prior art searches, FTOs and infringement analysis.
In 2012, he started in the law firm Daniel
Advogados , where he was the coordinator of the technical team of patents and industrial designs. Since 2016, he returned to ClarkeModet and leads the technical team of patents and industrial designs.
His main areas of expertise are electronics, mechanical, software and designs.
