Piotr Godlewski

Piotr Godlewski – National (PL) patent attorney, European patent attorney, Professional Representative before the UPC, operating on the IP market for over 17 years. He specializes in protection of patents (especially in Life Science) and utility models, from prosecution till litigation, with extensive experience advising SMEs, big Corporate Clients, Institutes and Universities as well as generic producers and originators in Pharma industry. He represents clients before Polish Patent Office, EPO, WIPO, UPC as well as civil and administrative courts in Poland. During trainings, lectures or webinars he shares a knowledge in the field of intellectual property, having many years of experience in the field of training.

• Piotr advices one of the biggest cord blood bank in Europe in the field of patent protection and strategic moves concerning IP rights. The cases conducted are ongoing.
• Piotr is a representative of one of few Medical Universities in Poland, filing patent applications, conducting proceedings in Poland, Europe and with the participation of foreign attorneys in other countries. Cases are pending.
• Piotr represents a German pharmaceutical company in patent invalidation case before the Polish Patent Office and in civil litigation case before the Polish Court in Warsaw.
