Mark Cruickshank

Mark is a Managing Legal Counsel in the Outsourcing, Technology & IP team at NatWest Group. He advises on all contentious and commercial IP matters for NatWest Group including for Royal Bank of Scotland, Coutts and Ulster Bank. This ranges from brand and sponsorship agreements to new technology and sustainability. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in intellectual property law, sits on the Law Society’s Panel for IP Accreditation and also on the Intellectual Property Law Sub-Committee. Mark is also a Board Member and Trustee of Wikimedia UK.

Mark has a keen interest in creating a working culture which supports innovation, wellbeing and social inclusion and he has run several Failure Camps to embed psychological safety.
