Katarina Casals Ide was Trainee attorney at Anwälte Burger und Partner Rechtsanwalt GmbH from February 2012 and has been Partner of Anwälte Burger und Partner Rechtsanwalt GmbH since December 2015.

Austrian, European and international patents, trademark, design and competition law; IP-related contracts, particularly in the fields of IP and know-how transfer, research and development, confidentiality and licensing; software licensing and open source software; employee inventions and employee invention remuneration; prosecution and enforcement in Asian countries in close cooperation with local partners. Several years’ experience working as an in-house legal counsel with an internationally acting company.
