Jyoti is currently heading prosecution team as Chief manager, MNC, Noida.
She is a registered Patent (IN/PA/1684) & Trademark Agent (TMA-32458). She is also patent & trademark facilitator. She holds Master’s degree in Organic chemistry. She has done many courses/ certifications in IPR/patents. She has about 15 years of experience in almost every domain in patents-Patent-searching (Patentability searches FTO search including claim chart analysis, Infringement-analysis, Invalidity studies, Patent-landscaping, White-space analysis), Patent prosecution (Response to Office-action/ Restriction action for foreign countries, FER & Hearing in India). She is having an expertise in conducting Patent searching by using Questal, Thomson-innovation, Micropat & STN, Epespacenet, Wipo, USPTO etc databases, She has rich experience in Patent drafting of provisional/ complete specification in for all areas of science and technology.
Jyoti has a vast experience of working with various industries (In-house IP) like-GSK pharmaceuticals, Polyplex Corporation, Minda industries etc. She is expert in dealing all types of queries arose by clients. She has experience with dealing client like-Indian Oil Corporation, CSIR, Abbott healthcare, Jubilant, Lor’eal, HCl, Ericson & Panasonic Eastman, GE healthcare, Dabur etc.
She has expertise in handling complex patent portfolio. She has also experience in assisting R & D Scientists in finding area for research, maintaining Competitor’s patent-watch/ Patent-portfolio management & Maintaining “Patent & Design monitoring sheet” & tracking on internal IPR filling, Taking decision on filling patent application.She has also presented many seminars/ conferences as an eminent speaker in many creating awareness program/ trainings on IPR in India such as RGNIIPM (Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Intellectual Property Management) IP training program conducted by Indian Patent office, IPO, DIPP. She has also been a speaker at numerous universities like Delhi Univ, Amity univ., Sharda univ., MDU Rohtak, Gautam Budh Univ, Nagpur institute of technology (NIT), Punjab univ., Bhartiya Vidyapeeth (Deemed univ.), Institute of management and research, New Delhi, Shree Santkrupa College of pharmacy, Ghagaon, Maharastra and at other events conducted by Ministry of MSME-DI (Delhi, Nagpur, Kerala, Maharastra), CIMSME, PHD Chamber of Commerce, ASSOCHAM, and CSIR, CIPAM (Cell for IPR Promotion and Management), DIPP, ISERD (Intellectual Society for entrepreneurship and research development), FICCI, CIPER(Centre for policy research) Ashmar-IP and many more national and international organisations.
