Jan-Caspar Maiers has been working exclusively in the field of intellectual property since his admission to the bar in 2017, focusing on the enforcement of technical property rights. He advises and represents national and international clients out of court and in infringement proceedings and contributes to parallel nullity proceedings. He also regularly assists clients in enforcing judgments in enforcement proceedings. Mr. Maiers has experience in various technical fields, such as mechanics or telecommunications. He is also familiar with antitrust issues such as the FRAND objection in the litigation of standard-essential patents and questions of protection of trade secrets in patent litigation.
