Itzel Estrada González

Attorney at Uhthoff in Mexico, she is part of the Trademark Department of the firm. She has significant experience in the representation of national and foreign clients, mainly in advising on intellectual property matters.

Itzel's practice focuses mainly on the protection and maintenance of trademarks, management of IP portfolios in Mexico and abroad, and also in the drafting and registration of licenses, coexistence agreements, among others. She also has extensive experience in auditing IP assets and transactions.

Law Degree with Honorable Mention from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM). She completed the Postgraduate in Intellectual Property at the same University with honorable mention.

She attended the course of Updating in Copyright and Related Rights. Theory, Practice and Jurisprudence. Approved at the Postgraduate Law School of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
