Gustavo de Dios

Gustavo holds a M.Sc. in Aeronautic Engineering (UPM, 2006), and is European Patent Attorney (EQE 2016), European Patent Litigator (2023), Spanish IP Attorney (2013) and EU Attorney of Trademarks and Designs (2013).

He has been working as a patent attorney since 2012 and has taken part in several training sessions and courses, organized both by the EPO and by the SPTO.

He is the appointed representative of a wide range of EP applications, as well as PCT and Spanish applications, representing his clients in technological fields as medical devices, engineering, electronics, renewable energy. Amongst his duties, he drafts patents and communications in response to office actions and opinions of the EPO and the SPTO. He is also used to draft opposition and appeal writs and has also taken part of legal procedures before the Spanish Court as an expert.
