Giuseppe has an extensive practice drafting and prosecuting PCT, European and Italian patent applications relating to engineering subject-matter and substantial experience handling oppositions and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, including multiparty proceedings and hearings in the English, French and German languages.
He also has been involved in patent litigation and license negotiations in Italy and other European countries as well as in Asia. Giuseppe has acquired considerable experience in the protection of designs and models and has been involved in numerous national and international litigation cases in this area.
