Dr. Gabriel Wittmann advises international and national clients on all contentious and non-contentious issues of patent law and know-how protection, national and international trademark law and design law, copyright law and unfair competition law. In addition to pre-trial IP enforcement and defense as well as IP litigation, his expertise includes advising on knowledge and and technology transfer (license agreements, R&D cooperations, employee invention law).
