Bringing more than 15 years of expertise to the table, Emanuela has been successful in multiple patents and trademarks disputes before both Italian courts and the European Court of Justice. She is also one of the first professionals with an in-depth knowledge of international arbitration for patents and trademarks cases. Due to this, she sought out as a consultant for several top-level companies and associations, as well.
As a strong advocate for her clients, Emanuela tackles cases with tenacity and an analytical mindset. With a proven track record, she enters the court room with confidence and leverages argumentative techniques to put clients in the best position to win cases.
