Dominik has been a admitted lawyer in Germany for 28 years and has extensive experience in all types of court proceedings in the field of trademark, design, and law of unfair competition, as well as in contractual matters.
He has been recognized for many years by various publications as an expert in the field of IP and is particularly praised by his clients for his solution-oriented, business-minded approach.
For five years, he has co-headed the IP, Media & Technology practice group, which, with 56 members, is one of the firm's largest practice groups, and regularly focuses it on emerging topics such as AI.
He speaks and negotiates in English and German.
Currently, he is focusing on IP related issues related to AI.
Dominik is a Certified Specialist Lawyer in Intellectual Property Law and an arbitrator at the Czech Arbitration Court for Domain Name Disputes.
He also teaches copyright and media law at the Cologne University of Applied Science.
